Mr. Wills launched CloudTrigger in response to the growing demand for complete Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions incorporating SaaS and cloud computing technologies to create a single solution for his clients. As CEO, he is responsible for the technology, vision and architecture of some of the most innovative SaaS solutions in the marketplace today. He is a recognized industry leader with over 20 years of experience in IT consulting and managementAs Senior Vice President of the CIO practice for Bluewolf and as Vice President of Global Services at Astadia, he was instrumental in developing Global SaaS Strategies, building SaaS applications that solved core business challenges, and improving ROI and TCO for his customers. He managed a large global consulting practice delivering thousands of successful SaaS solutions.

As CIO of BakBone Software, he implemented Salesforce.com and leveraged Salesforce.com as a platform to consolidate several applications to reduce the cost of maintaining the application silo. Additionally as CEO and Co-founder, he launched a Business Intelligence Software company called e-botz. E-botz was based on “Bot Technology” with products like Network Query Language “NQL” and “Content Anywhere.” Mr. Wills started his career in IT consulting as a manager and senior consultant at IBM where he managed a large consulting group of over 150 resources for Global Services supporting clients like Washington Mutual, Target, McDonalds, Starbucks and Freightliner.

Mr. Wills is a graduate of Concordia with a Bachelors of Science in MIS.

Mr. Wills is a veteran of the United States Marine Corp, where he served in the United States Marine Corps Reserve from 1989 – 1997.

Carter Wigell Carter Wigell, President

Mr. Wigell is instrumental on a daily basis to help drive the company’s strategic direction and oversee all operations of the company. Main areas of focus are new client acquisition and retention, marketing, and delivering high value services that result in customers success. Prior to co founding CloudTrigger, Carter joined salesforce.com in 2001. During his 10 year tenure, Carter helped salesforce.com grow revenue in the beginning stages of the start up to a successful IPO, and then to a billion dollar company. He is widely accepted as one of the most experienced advisors in the industry and has successfully managed over 500 salesforce.com implementations.

Carter has a proven track record with customers like Google, Dish Network, Forex Capital Markets, Rolling Stones Magazine, Intercall, and NTT America.

Mr. Wigell is a graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder BA, International Affairs.

doug McLean Doug McLean, Vice President, Partner Channel

Mr. McLean is a 20+ year Sales and Marketing professional who is focused on making customers’ lives simpler. With experience in both B2B and B2C products in both sales and purchasing, Mr. McLean brings a unique perspective in helping clients navigate the complexity of multiple solution and services offerings.

At Pervasive Software, Mr. McLean was instrumental in developing innovative internal business processes and policies, along with building relationships with channel partners and end users to drive incremental value and long term success. Expanding partnerships with accounts such as Salesforce.com, Mr. McLean was the catalyst in driving corporate strategy and direction especially with SaaS (Software as a Service) customers and vendors.

Having worked extensively as an individual contributor and manager, Mr. McLean brings a wealth of real world experience to sales, marketing and operations.

Mr. McLean’s additional roles at GTECH and other organizations in both sales, marketing and purchasing roles and working with a cross section of client departments, enables Mr. McLean to interact at any level of an organization to uncover and develop comprehensive solutions for a wide variety of business challenges.

Mr. McLean is a graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington Business School with a Bachelors of Businesses Administration, Marketing.
